DiGi YOUTH is Back! European Dialogue Launches the Second Edition of the Erasmus+ Project and hosted its Kick Off Meeting

Our beloved Erasmus+ project, DiGi YOUTH, is back! European Dialogue is proud to coordinate the second edition of this impactful initiative. On December 8, ED hosted representatives from all project partners in their Trnava office for a dynamic kick-off meeting, officially launching a two-year collaboration to develop innovative tools that will enhance digital youth work.

Together with the project partners—The Future Now Association (Bulgaria), Yaşar University (Turkey), HIGGS (Greece), and MCC Celjski Mladinski Center (Slovenia)—we discussed key aspects of the project, divided responsibilities, and planned the next steps for successful implementation.

What to Expect?

DiGi YOUTH 2 builds upon the successes of its first edition and will introduce new, innovative, creative, and interactive tools and methods in digital youth work. The partnership will focus on the following outputs:

DiGi YOUTH Papers – A comprehensive set of policy recommendations and strategies for digital youth work, including a framework curriculum for youth worker training, a mentorship program model, and a methodology for organizing digital youth events.

DiGi YOUTH Virtual Classroom – A dedicated space within the DiGi YOUTH Hub for virtual events, featuring interactive presentations, podcasts, videos, and a dynamic story map.

DiGi YOUTH Simulation Scenarios – Expansion of the existing DiGi YOUTH simulation game with at least 10 new scenarios, four new question types, and the ability for users to create their own scenarios.

DiGi YOUTH Interactive Videos – A series of interactive videos, including one where viewers can influence the storyline’s progression.

Stay tuned and follow European Dialogue’s channels, as well as the official DiGi YOUTH Facebook and Instagram (@digiyouth_com), for regular updates on the project and exciting developments in digital youth work!
